The Challenge:
Following the takeover by a global brand of the local travel company, existing customers needed to feel that standards of service would be maintained, indeed improved as prices were increased. A premium offering with a flexible approach with every home game different was required.
How we helped:
As an existing trusted partner of the LFC Scandinavian Supporters Club, INTX were best placed to provide the inbound logistics fulfilment to VING Norway, the new operator. In addition to the coach hire, INTX also provided ground support, which included liaison with the airport on incoming flights and the police in respect of crowd control on busy match days. By including this in the service, VING Norway saved money and resource and the supporters enjoyed exemplary service.
The Results:
This contract is now in its 10th year and INTX receive much positive feedback from the supporters, who see the drivers as match day friends
