THE CHALLENGE:
INTX were appointed as Artist & Crew Ground Transport Coordinator to world leading street theatre company Royal de Luxe for 30 days of rehearsals and 4 show days. These spectacular performances attracted over 1.3 million people who lined the streets to watch the performance causing traffic chaos across the city.
HOW WE HELPED:
INTX liaised with all the event stake holders including the City Council, security advisors and Merseyside Police to plan and agree specific routes and timings for each journey. Working with multiple transport providers and agencies, INTX were able to deliver a first-class service that met the needs of the client safely and on time.
