The Challenge:
We were tasked with providing transport services for 300 American salespeople, primarily from the Midwest, many of whom were traveling outside the USA for the first time. The services required included airport transfers in London, sightseeing tours, and gala dinner transfers. Given that this was a reward trip for exceptional sales performance over the past year, the transport services needed to be of the highest standard.
