Case Study: Jaguar Land Rover – 1 million passengers transfers since 2014
The Challenge:
Following the factory expansion, Jaguar car parking for staff and visitors was moved off site to land 1 mile away from the factory entrance. A shuttle service was required that provided continuous availability 24 hours a day, 5 days per week.
How we helped:
Providing a solution driven response, we engaged with multiple operators, increasing the number of vehicles available to provide the shuttle service. INTX managed the whole operation resulting in just one point of contact for Jaguar and just one invoice for them to pay. All operators were audited prior to engagement to ensure that vehicles were safe, roadworthy and reliable and that quality was consistent at all times.
The Results:
What was initially a short-term contract has been extended from 3 to 10 buses and has been in operation for 3 years. INTX are now an accredited supplier to Jaguar Land Rover
