Case Study: Incentive Travel Group Golf Event

The event had 135 guests with a considerable amount of luggage, arriving and departing on multiple flights, needed transporting to Gleneagles from Edinburgh airport, which, was under major reconstruction at the time. A fleet of high-end executive saloon cars, people carriers and mini coaches were  required so no guest was kept waiting.

INTX sourced the required fleet and stand by drivers to accommodate the multiple pick ups and drop offs. A lead supplier was appointed to control all vehicles and drivers and ensure all jobs were completed. INTX also pre-arranged reserved spaces outside the airport terminal by liaising with airport management. The service also included complimentary Scottish snacks/ goody bags for vehicles and meet and greet staff in full Scottish regalia.
