Case Study: High-Profile Event Management: FIM General Assembly’s Transportation Success

Managing transport for the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme General Assembly, involving complex logistics for delegates, high-profile individuals, and staff during an exceptionally busy week in Liverpool for INTX.

We delivered a comprehensive ground transport management suite for the client. This included transport managers, ground support staff, meet and greet assistants, executive and luxury chauffeur cars, minibuses, and coaches. We collaborated closely with the client, their travel management company, the venues, and Liverpool City Council. Additionally, we provided a fully branded vehicle for the client’s social media campaign.

Every delegate transfer was executed on time, ensuring smooth transportation to and from the airport. Our round-the-clock operations team managed hundreds of amendments and variations over the week-long event, from two weeks prior up until the final hours. We provided unparalleled service, meeting all the client’s requirements.
