Case Study: Department of Trade and Industry/Office of Deputy Prime Minister
THE CHALLENGE:
Supporting Government departments during the UK European Presidency by providing ground transportation at 4 events for VIP’s across the UK working with the Government Car Service and event organisers.
HOW WE HELPED:
INTX worked closely with the airports and local police to provide airside pickups, and secure transfers for a number of MP’s and European Commissioners visiting the UK. Drivers needed to have security clearance, sometimes with a 1 hour turnaround and foreign language skills to ensure effective communication with their passengers.
THE RESULTS:
Initially 1 event booking received which was then increased to 4 following the successful completion of the first one and very positive feedback from all.
