Case Study: Amazon – Short Notice Shuttle Service Request

With less than 1 weeks’ notice and no public transport available, we were asked to move an international team of 70 engineers and technicians from hotel accommodation to a non-suburban site, 7 days a week for 6 weeks to facilitate the fit out of a new Amazon warehouse

Using multiple operators, we provided scheduling and route planning that covered all the locations and all shifts, with detailed communication between all parties.

With a quick turn around and no disruption to our existing commitments, we were able to provide an efficient service that supported the workforce needs.
