Case Study: Seamless Transfers for Global Conference in Oxford

The Challenge:

Hundreds of international visitors arriving at London airports for a conference in Oxford.

How We Helped:

We provided the client with live access to our operations system, enabling them to cross-check all planned movements and ensure each delegate was assigned the appropriate transfer. We offered round-the-clock customer service support during the event period, managing hundreds of amendments due to flight changes and schedule adjustments. Over 300 movements were handled using executive cars, minibuses, and coaches for airport transfers and longer journeys across the UK.

The Results:

Every delegate was collected and delivered on time, with all changes actioned quickly and efficiently. Our driving team went above and beyond to welcome international visitors, including making a 70-mile round trip to return a lost wallet. The client was exceptionally pleased with our service, and we will be assisting them again in 2024 in an increased capacity. This will include providing coaches for delegates within Oxford over a 5-day period and handling airport transfers over an 11-day period.
