We Drive VIPs, Members Of Royal Families and Other Dignitaries

At INTX, we have driven many VIPs including members of royal families, European leaders, members of Parliament, Lords and Ladies and many others. Here are a few highlights:

Embassy Work

On a visit to Liverpool we were asked by the Irish Embassy in London to provide transport for President Michael D Higgins for official and unofficial engagements. This involved drivers having security clearance and working with the local and metropolitan police during his visit and at times driving in Police convoy. 

Qatar Royal Family

A couple of years ago the Crown Prince of Qatar brought his family to Liverpool to watch a football match. We arranged for them to be collected from the airport, and transferred to and from the stadium. Again, we had to liaise with embassy and local security team. 

University of Liverpool

On a visit to Liverpool to receive an honorary degree at the University of Liverpool, José Manuel Barroso who was the President of the European Commission was safely transported by INTX. 

European Dignitaries and UK MPs

We were delighted to work with the Office for Deputy Prime Minister (OPDM) on an event in Bristol during which there were many European Dignitaries and UK parliamentarians to be transported. We had a fleet of over 20 cars working on the event. We worked closely with Avon and Somerset police to ensure all ran smoothly. 

G8 Science Ministers Meeting

Another highlight was when we were transport partners for the G8 Science Ministers Meeting. We had a fleet of cars at Heathrow airport to collect worldwide ministers and transport them to Country Estate where the meeting was taking place. We had vehicles on standby 24/7 to ensure that ministers could get away quickly if required. 

Members of the Clergy 

We have also had the privilege of chauffeuring members of the clergy, including Archbishop Desmond Tutu on a couple of occasions. We have also transported the Archbishop of Canterbury and a number of other key religious leaders.
